How to become a vendor
In order to join the CHE Network we must verify that you meet our eligibility requirements. Upon your email submission we will have an event manager contact you to conduct a brief questionnaire.
Eligibility: Medical
Must be licensed and insured by resident state standards. Must have clean social media and online reviews. Must show proof of carriers you participate as in "in-network" provider.
Eligibility: Fitness
Must be licensed and insured by resident state standards. Must have clean social media and online reviews.
Eligibility: Wellness products
Must provide website for products and overview of pricing of products that are sampled. Must have clean social media and online reviews.
Screenings, Demonstrations and Raffle Prizes
CHE expos are very engaging and interactive, our vendors must offer a form of a screening, activity or engaging service. To encourage higher foot traffic to your booth, all vendors are required to donate a $100.00 value raffle prize toward employee raffle drawing.
Booth Sizes
Please reference the photos above; For outdoor events we supply 10x10 spaces, along with a 6'foot table and 2 folding chairs. If you are not performing a screening or demonstration you may be assigned a "community" tent. For indoor events we supply a 6'foot table and 2 chairs along with 3-4'feet of spacing next to each side of the table.
